The Atlanta Falcons used a big defensive play to pull away from the Cleveland Browns in the second half en route to a 20-10 victory.
The big play of the game was a deflected pass that was caught by the Falcons and returned for a touchdown.
The Falcons were able to knock starting quarterback Seneca Wallace out of the game, forcing Jake Delhomme into action.
Running back Michael Turner had a big day with limited touches, rumbling for 140 yards on just 19 carries. ( Read More…)

The Atlanta Falcons overcame poor special teams play to pick up a 16-14 victory over the San Francisco 49ers.
Atlanta had a punt blocked in the first quarter, which was recovered in the end zone by the 49ers for a touchdown.
That score put the Falcons in an early 14-0 hole, but the team didn’t panic and slowly made their way back into the game.
One way to get back into a game is by holding the other team scoreless, and that’s exactly what Atlanta’s defense did. ( Read More…)
